Omaxe Apartment

In an apartment the walls are fixed, so the design question becomes where things live. At Omaxe the studio resolved storage first, then worked the rooms around it.

Built-in joinery runs to the ceiling where it can, keeping the floor area clear and the rooms uncluttered. Lighting is layered and warm.

The palette stays consistent from room to room, which makes a modest footprint feel larger than the sum of its parts.
