Residential Project, Ludhiana
One contract from first drawing to final handover — the project that shows how the studio’s turnkey model works.
This residence was delivered end to end by the studio: drawings, material selection, civil work, finishes and handover under one scope.
A single team kept decisions from drifting. Because the people detailing the joinery were also on site, small problems were solved in the room instead of on a change order.
The result is a family home finished to a consistent standard — the kitchens, wardrobes, lighting and flooring all resolved to the same level of detail.
