CHT Office

Office interiors live or die on circulation. At CHT, the plan separates focused work from meeting and reception, so people can move between the two without walking through a conversation.

The material palette is quieter than a residence — durable surfaces, controlled light, and acoustic treatment where the rooms needed it most.

Because the studio also executed the fit-out, the services, joinery and finishes were coordinated in one schedule rather than a sequence of separate contractors.
