The Modern House
Clean geometry, warm interiors, and rooms that stay usable through a Ludhiana summer.
The Modern House is a study in restraint: a simple rectangular mass, a limited material palette, and openings placed where they earn their keep.
Inside, the warmth comes from surfaces rather than ornament — timber, stone and a careful lighting plan. Rooms stay legible even when they are full of a family’s everyday things.
The studio handled planning, elevation and the interior package together, which kept the finished rooms close to the original drawings.
